• Encounter: We create environments and opportunities for people to encounter Jesus and experience his transforming love.
• Empower: We take steps together to be empowered by the Holy Spirit to flourish as whole human beings.
• Engage: We are engaged with the people and needs of our city and beyond to make Jesus famous. 


How do we live this out?

We are a community of people who are responding to Jesus’ invitation to “Come, follow me”.  Jesus invites us to journey with him, together with others.  This life-long process involves reorienting our life around three goals: 

• Walk with Him (increasingly practice his presence throughout our day) 
• Become like Him (cooperate with his ongoing process of changing us) 
• Join in what He is doing (recognize Him at work around us and enter in) 

As a church community we strive to provide various pathways to help ordinary people increasingly live into each of these goals.  And this is not a solitary journey- we do so in community! 

We believe that as we follow Jesus- our lives, our communities, our world will be transformed!

We live into this vision driven by four guiding values:


• Prayer - to root ourselves in God’s love and will
• Authenticity - to cultivate genuine, real, and honest people
• Belonging - to create a community where people are accepted and included
• God’s Word - to affirm God’s authority in our lives through his Word to us - the Bible
